This woven bag is made of pandan leaves. In the Philippines, it is traditionally used to make purchases - that's why it is called 'Market bag' or 'The grocery bag'. It is dried indoor to prevent it from crumpling and coated with durable finishing. Our designers and weavers made some spin off from its traditional look to make it them trendy and fashionable. This Hooya Bag named "Napulog Isa" is the 11th of the exclusive design (the name is 11 in Hiligaynon, the language in Negros) with the theme "Singapura". Our founder lives in Singapore and Shop Houses are one of the popular structures in the country that stood the test of time.
