The inflorescence is a cluster of flowers with both male & female flowers which are the reproductive parts of the tree.
When tapped, a sweet & translucent sap oozes out and is harvested twice daily.
This fresh sap is then gently heated to remove excess moisture while allowing it to thicken to a honey-like nectar consistency.
No artificial substances and enhancers are added to produce this flower nectar.
