Verival Bio rapeseed oil is only filtered and not refined so that its fine constituents are preserved. Rapeseed oil is rich in vitamin E and contains about 28% multiple unsaturated fatty acids. Rapeseed, an agricultural crop that has been grown for centuries, has systematically undergone more extensive breeding in past years and now yields one of the most valuable and healthy edible oils, displaying true versatility in its use in the kitchen. Because of its particular resistance to heat, Verival rapeseed oil is e.g. the perfect accompaniment to salads, but is also very good for boiling, roasting, baking and deep-frying.
